Refrubishment and Repair Services
Under Our Principal M/S SULZER, the refurbishment and repair works of turbines which are undertaken by ‘Al Melehy Technical Services’ and ‘Al Melehy Electromechanical’ include shop-based repairs, engineering services for gas and steam turbines, generators and motors, pumps, compressors, hot gas expanders, fans and blowers and other ancillary equipment’s.
M/S Sulzer facility located in Venlo, Netherlands offers the highest quality repairs on rotating equipment. The repair capabilities cover all modern gas turbine models, including F-class technology turbines.
M/S Sulzer facility located in Rotterdam, Netherlands offers repair, replacement of parts and complete overhauls of all power and industrial steam turbines as well as all centrifugal, axial and reciprocating compressors and hot gas expanders. M/S Sulzer also conducts training programs for various turbines at their facilities in Netherlands.
M/S Sulzer Dowding & Mills, UK with coil manufacturing facilities on two continents they can offer a comprehensive range of coil supplies from 3.3 to 18Kv for a full range of rotating electrical equipment, services for high-voltage generators and motors and other rotating electro-mechanical equipment and a full range of mechanical services and capabilities, from machining and turning to metal recovery and super finish grinding.

We offer all basic repair and overhaul services as well as component re-manufacture, new coils, blades and nozzles and automated advanced welding for rotor restoration.

Thermal spray coatings
LPPS (Low-Pressure Plasma Spray), HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fueled) and APS (Air Plasma Spray
methods) are used to create oxidation and corrosion resistant coatings for hot section gas turbine
